  • Submit event details, including theme, color ideas, and location. Lovewell reviews availability and determines if the concierge experience is the best fit.

  • We meet to discuss your vision in depth—overall atmosphere, personal style, inspiration images, and any must-have elements.

  • Our team develops a full design direction, including a customized color palette and mood board to serve as the visual anchor for your event.

  • Lovewell creates one or more layout designs showing how your tables, décor, and focal points will look in the space. This includes shapes, flow, and visual impact.

  • Two revision rounds are included to refine the layout, color palette, floral choices, and décor plan.
